Sometimes we need a bit of a hand.  Whether it’s an unforeseen change in circumstances, a new baby or life is just generally getting a bit too much, we all need help from time to time.  Karratha HELPS exists to provide practical support for people who need help when things are a little tough.  We work to provide a safe, approved volunteer to meet with you and discuss how we may be able to provide practical help.

 

The kind of support we can provide includes (but is not limited to):

– Meals

– Basic garden or house care

– Newborn/toddler help

– Shopping support

– A listening ear and cuppa
